Primary Function: Under general supervision, provides customer service support for the sales and logistics of the ADP product line, which comprises evaporator coils, air handlers, and other HVAC-related items.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer ServiceRespond professionally and effectively to incoming calls, answering client questions and offering prompt assistance.Process orders accurately, taking into account pricing, quantities, and material numbers. Fix line holds brought on by incorrect pricing or materials that weren't included in the cost.Handle customer support inquiries by phone and email, such as requests for invoices, acknowledgments, and order status updates.Investigate part numbers to guarantee precise order processing and address product information concerns.Check open orders for On-Time In-Full (OTIF) compliance, then collaborate with manufacturers or the supply chain to complete them.
Create and create a central location for order tracking and administration.
Respond to a high volume of phone calls and emails from internal stakeholders and the supply chain.
Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions, both internal and external, in the appropriate system or database (SalesForce, SAP, etc.).
Encourage the order management team's goals and endeavors to become a more proactive customer service organization.Order ManagementExamine open orders for compliance with On-Time In-Full (OTIF) and work with the supply chain or manufacturing to execute them.
Construct and design a central hub for tracking and managing orders.
Handle a large number of requests or communications from internal stakeholders or the supply chain (by phone and/or email).
Keep thorough records of every interaction, both internal and external, in the relevant database or system (SalesForce, SAP, etc.).
Encourage the objectives and efforts of the order management team to develop into a more proactive customer service company.
Qualification:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A high school degree or a comparable level of education and experience is required.
Two years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or its equivalent are desirable.

Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking, including the ability to listen well. the capacity to pick up and comprehend technical terms. Working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented workplace is a must. able to manage several jobs while maintaining organization and attention to detail. need in-depth understanding of the business, its goods, and services in addition to general organizational expertise. requires proficiency using computerized data entry software or other pertinent programs.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook, and live webinar.
SAP experience preferred
