SNIPES Stock Personnel

Part Time Regular

Salary $16.20-$17.82 per hour

Due to its close contact to the community and frequent openings across the globe, SNIPES has been a vital element of street culture since its first store opened in Essen, Germany in 1998.

At SNIPES, youth culture is central to everything. For the newest fits from head to toe, our community discovers a vast array of globally recognized footwear and clothing brands both in-store and online at snipes.com and snipesusa.com. To stay close to our community and maintain our strong ties to the global street culture community, we delve deeply into subcultures and sponsor some of the largest hip-hop festivals, events, and sports teams worldwide. As a result, we collaborate closely with influential members of the scene, such as our Chief Creative Officer, DJ Khaled. However, we place a high priority on giving back to the community in whatever we do, whether it be through sponsorships or creating grassroots initiatives.

SNIPES has always kept an ear to the streets to create a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. Through our community program “SNIPES serves” and its localized approach we support the needs of our communities, empower, and celebrate our dynamic culture.

Overview: The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room to ensure product is easily located, inventory is accurate, provide efficient customer service, and maintain a safe environment.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for contributing to efforts in the stores achievements
Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with coworkers/customers
Meet company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge and store operations
Efficiently follow all instructions/tasks given by Management within a specified timeline
Understand and communicate to Store/Assistant or Stock Manager on weekly basis about the stock available and/or damaged

Understand and follow store operating procedures and policies
Ensure shelves and stockroom is fully stocked, well organized, clean faced tagged and signed
Maintain merchandise standards in/around the stockroom
Ensure all hangers are separated and placed in correct box/boxes
Responsible for condensing styles and ensuring fixtures are in one place
Maintain a consistent awareness of the stores stock regularly
Ensure consistent awareness of the store’s merchandise and consistent control of merchandise

QualificationsAt least 16 years old is required, and prior stock or retail experience is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail Capable of working a variety of shifts, including holidays and weekends
must maintain personal grooming and a tidy look.
During their shift, the candidate will have to stand for extended amounts of time.
lifting fifteen to thirty pounds.
