Full job description
Position Summary...
What you'll do...
creates and maintains membership by educating members about the advantages of membership, highlighting the worth of the company's goods and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, taking part in marketing and sales events, and working to achieve membership objectives.
maintains the facility's safety by adhering to all safety regulations, guidelines, and standards, such as performing safety sweeps, using forklifts correctly, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, following company steel standard guidelines, and fixing or reporting unsafe situations to management.
By checking orders, taking products off shelves, scanning items, packaging and palletizing items, making sure that orders and invoices are accurate, keeping items safe until Members arrive, and monitoring out-of-stock merchandise to satisfy Member demands, the staff completes Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders.
uses policies, data, and resources to complete work assignments and priorities; collaborates with managers, coworkers, clients, and other business partners; establishes priorities, deadlines, and expectations; completes tasks; communicates information and progress; identifies and suggests ways to address opportunities for improvement; and adjusts to and learns from change, challenges, and feedback.
By recognizing the Member, determining their needs, helping them make decisions about purchases, finding items, addressing problems and concerns, and marketing the Company's goods and services, the Member is given Member service. follows the Open Door Policy, implements relevant action plans, and applies these when carrying out business processes and activities in order to adhere to the company's rules, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
