Full job description

We are currently recruiting for experienced Vegetable Pickers who are highly motivated and enthusiastic. The role will see you enjoy a wide variety of tasks.

Extensive on the job training will be provided to enable you to perform these integral roles.

Your role will include

Select and pick vegetables according to size and ripeness, and discards rotting and over-ripened produce
Grade, sort and packs produce into containers
Load filled vegetable containers onto trucks
Adhere to company OH&S protocols and procedures.

Key attributes

Previous experience in these fields will be highly regarded

Good communication skills which will enable you to liaise with managers, supervisors and other crew members.

Strong attention to details and show pride in your work.

Be flexible with working hours over 7 days/nights.

Hard working and highly reliable.

To become part of the team you will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate on all levels.

This is a full-time position with salary range $65,835-$75,000 pa + superannuation determined by experience.
